Single-storey gîte (Gîte de France 4 épis and meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles) for 6 people with 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed (160cm) and 1 with 2 bunk beds (90cm) and 1 cot), 1 shower room with double basin and WC, a second independent WC and a laundry room with a quiet telecommuting area. This 80m2 detached house boasts a bright living room with open kitchen, opening onto a large enclosed private garden with sunny terrace and all outdoor equipment for dining or relaxing.
All baby equipment is available on site (bed, changing table, potty, reducer, booster seat, high chair, bathtub, stroller, crockery, toys, etc.).
An enclosed courtyard provides parking for several vehicles.
Its all-inclusive package (beds made, bathroom linen, household linen, utilities, end-of-stay cleaning), top-of-the-range bedding and numerous amenities make it the ideal place for vacations with family or friends.

Arrival and departure days
Our accommodation is booked exclusively on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, but you can arrive later or leave earlier if you wish.
Can I arrive late or leave early?
Don't worry, we can adapt to your arrival or departure times thanks to a key box whose code will be communicated to you before your arrival.
What's in the linen provided?
One towel, one shower sheet and one washcloth per person, as well as a bath mat. You'll also find 2 kitchen towels and 1 hand towel.
What do you find in the gîte for maintenance?
You'll find washing-up liquid, a sponge, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods and everything else you need for daily maintenance.
Where can I park my car?
You can park your car in the lockable courtyard or simply in the street in front of the gîte (free of charge).
How far from shops?
You'll find all the local shops in the town center less than 1km from the gîte (including a mini-market open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm). And you'll also find supermarkets less than 5 minutes away by car (most open on Sunday mornings).

No problem! The baby equipment in the second gîte (cot, high chair) will be made available to you (subject to availability).

The interior is well thought out, the decor, the equipment and the provision of games for children. Impeccable cleanliness. 5 months agoWe spent an ideal 1 week family vacation with our 3 children at the gîte Un air de Bicoque: the house is very well located, extremely well equipped (kitchen, baby equipment, children...), impeccably clean. 7 months agoThe gîte is ideally located between Houlgate and Cabourg. Everything is within walking distance, which is a great advantage in busy periods: Dives-Cabourg train station is 3 minutes away, shops are 5 or 10 minutes away, the 6-month/6-year playground is 10 minutes away and Cabourg beach is 15 minutes away. In addition to the decoration, which we loved, the gîte is very functional: electric blinds, full set of appliances, garden furniture... Nothing is missing! There's even baby equipment and indoor and beach toys. Comfort is worthy of a hotel. Everything you need is provided, the bedding is of excellent quality and the cleanliness is impeccable. It's also very well soundproofed. The sleeping area is separated by a door, which is perfect for family vacations with babies napping and grown-ups running around in the garden. Finally, the owners are very welcoming and responsive, which makes for a perfect stay. In short, this is a top-notch gîte! We'll be back with pleasure. Thank you so much!

8 months agoWe had an excellent family stay in the gite un Air de Bicoque. The owners were very attentive and full of little touches (thank you very much for the gifts, we enjoyed them). The gite is as beautiful as on the photos and very clean. It's within walking distance of Cabourg beach and the historic center of dives-sur-mer. We'll be back with great pleasure :)
