Lulu's cottage :
Lulu's cottage is a cosy home with a garden and private parking in a quiet location.
The private, heated spa is open from April 1 through October 1. Outside of this period, guests may use the hot tub upon request for an additional fee.
Ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the Regulus caves, 900 m from Nonnes beach and 500 from the market (daily in July and August).
Ideal for couples and families with children.
Accommodation :
Comfortable accommodation with Wifi, TV, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue.
Upstairs bedroom with staircase access 1 bedroom (double bed (160cm) for 2 people) and a mezzanine with a bed that converts into 2 single beds.
Bed linen provided
Optional cleaning package if you do not wish to clean.
Passenger access
Garden with terrace, barbecue and deckchairs.
Other comments
Optional cleaning package if you don't want to clean up when you leave: 40 euros for stays of less than 5 nights and 70 euros for stays of 5 nights or more.
The listed price includes rent, water, and gas. As for electricity, a daily allowance is included in the rent.
20 Kw/day for Lulu's Cottage. This consumption corresponds to a reasonable and reasoned consumption of electricity. If consumption exceeds the daily rate, the excess will be billed at the current EDF rate (incl. tax).
For your information, we have never charged any overage fees for rentals to date.
