Our listings are strictly reserved for individuals who are considering renting out a property that they own and for concierge services that are responsible for the property. In this regard, we would like to remind you that, under the terms of Article L442-8 of the French Building and Housing Code, it is strictly prohibited to sublet all or part of a social housing unit.
If it appears that these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to remove your advertisement from our media and to retain the price paid for the package as a provision for compensation, without prejudice to our right to take any other legal action.

You agree to provide Loclilala with all documents and information deemed necessary to publish the advertisement.
Consequently, you guarantee that the information provided is accurate and free from any misleading or dishonest errors or omissions. We cannot be held liable in any way if the information contained in the advertisement or the quality of the advertiser proves to be inaccurate.
You are solely responsible for the documents and information communicated to Loclilala.
We only advertise one property per listing. The text, telephone numbers, and price appearing in the listings may be modified free of charge during the publication period. However, the property described must remain the original one, with no possibility of substituting another property.

Packages:
Your ad will be posted on our Loclilala website according to the rates and duration you have chosen. The prices of these packages are listed on our website.

You can delete your ad at any time with a single click from your advertiser account. Once you are free of any commitments, deleting your ad will automatically stop the payments. Any month that has already begun is due.

Loclilala reserves the right to contact the customer to obtain any additional information it deems necessary or simply useful for the fulfillment of its mission.

Personal data:
The personal information provided for the processing of the online estimate file is subject to the protection measures described on the «Personal Data» page of this website.

Assignment of jurisdiction:
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Saintes (17) shall have jurisdiction.

Deadlines and right of withdrawal:
The customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal for any service to be performed within less than fourteen calendar days from the confirmation of their order.
