This Gite Ancienne Maison de Ferme is located on the farm with a fishing pond 250 meters away in the heart of nature. Your walks around the property will take you to the private 1 ha pond (carp, roach, perch), where you'll appreciate the peace and quiet.
\nThis G\u00eete can accommodate 5 people. The house comprises a spacious living\/dining room with sofa and WIFI access. The kitchen opens onto the living room, and is fully equipped with: LL, LV, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Access to the gite is by stairs. This gite is adjoining another gite: independent entrance and private garden.<\/p>\n

The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140\/190 and one bed 110\/200).
\nFor your comfort, the gite has heating.
\nA garden with garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant moments for your vacation meals.
\nOnly one pet is allowed, in accordance with the owner<\/a> : An additional 10 \u20ac for one week.<\/p>\n
