\nAccess to the chalet is via a gate followed by an outside staircase.<\/p>\n
\nCompletely renovated, the chalet opens onto a bright main room. This room leads to the various living areas, and is bathed in light thanks to the windows and bay window overlooking the terrace and lake.<\/p>\n
\nThe living room includes a sitting area with convertible sofa (140 cm) and armchair, facing the lake view. A dining area with table and four chairs completes the space.<\/p>\n
\nA separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and storage space.<\/p>\n
\nThe chalet has a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.<\/p>\n
\nOutside, a balcony terrace extends the chalet. A small garden provides direct access to the lake.<\/p>\n
\nA table and four chairs are provided for alfresco dining, as well as an umbrella and two deckchairs for sunbathing.
\nA charcoal barbecue is also available in the garden.<\/p>\n
\nRoadside parking is available in the immediate vicinity. In the event of unavailability, free public parking is available 500 meters away.<\/p>\n
