With family or friends, come and discover our beautiful region. Our apartment is just a few steps from Quimper town center and its beautiful cathedral. The quays of the Odet are just below.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building, but without an elevator.
We've completely renovated it with high-quality materials, brought it up to date and fitted it out so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay. We have put all our heart into designing our cocoon to welcome you in the best conditions.
The apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom + wardrobe with hangers
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + chest of drawers.
USB ports are located on both sides of the parent bed, so you can enjoy your screens at any time.
As well as in the children's bedroom.
Beds in both rooms will be made up on arrival.
Books and toys are available in the nursery for your little ones to enjoy.
A set of towels (one large + one small + one washcloth) per person will be provided.
- a pretty, new, functional kitchen (induction hob, fridge with built-in freezer, microwave grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric citrus juicer, frying pans, cutlery, glasses, raclette machine...)
Coffee, tea, pancakes, fine and coarse salt, pepper, oil and more are all provided for your convenience on arrival. Cleaning products are stored in the kitchen cupboard.
An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
- The bathroom has a double vanity unit, a new, modern shower, a toilet and a washing machine. A hairdryer is also available.
The WC area is slightly cramped and not very wide. Please take this into account.
Shower gel + shampoo are available + 1 first-aid kit.
- A very cosy and convivial living room, elegant and spacious, with up-to-date products to welcome any family of 4 (+1 baby).
Board games are stored in the sideboard cupboards in the living room.
- If you wish to bring a baby, please bring your own cot or tell me before booking so that I can find a solution for you.
- The apartment is also equipped with a large closet for our guests to store all their groceries.
- A large parking lot in front of the residence allows you to park your car free of charge.
In the neighborhood, you'll find all the shops you need, as well as bars, restaurants and more. Quimper is a pretty, lively and dynamic place to go out.
Parties are not permitted in this accommodation.
Noise is prohibited after 7:00 pm.
Cleaning during your stay or at the end of your stay is possible for an extra charge, in which case please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it on arrival.
