✅ wetsuit and surfboard rinsing area You'll arrive via an entrance hall where you can make yourself comfortable and remove your shoes. Coat racks are available. You'll enter the living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, and small appliances (filter coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, kettle), enabling you to prepare delicious meals for you and your family. Everything you need to enjoy a seafood platter is available: oyster knife, nutcracker, picks. The living room offers a beautiful relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs for socializing. Television is also available.
✅On the ground floor, a 9m² bedroom where the original floor has been preserved and the stonework enhanced. The bed is 140×190. Finally, there's an independent toilet and a spacious shower room with washing machine.
✅ On the second floor, - a master suite with its own shower room and WC offers magnificent volumes with a queen-size bed and a beautiful dressing room. - A second bedroom with 2 beds 90×190 is opposite another shower room with WC.
✅ On the top floor, a beautiful space for reading, relaxing and cocooning, with a background view of the sea. Some games and children's books are available. We have installed an office space for teleworking.

- Audierne and its port: Stroll through the narrow streets, stock up on fresh produce at the market, enjoy a crêpe on the terrace or set sail for the Ile de Sein from Saint-Evette. We're lucky enough to have a cinema, a swimming pool and a small zoo, Aquashow. On Saturdays, you can enjoy the weekly market. You're also close to 2 supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops and bars.
- Wild beaches: Mesperleuc, Gwendrez and Kersiny are just a few minutes away. Whether you like surfing, swimming or simply strolling with your feet in the sand, they're waiting for you. Sébastien and Emilie's favorite: Mesperleuc, then finish off with a drink or hot chocolate at Pors Poulhan.
- The mythical Pointe du Raz: just 20 minutes away, contemplate the ocean in this grandiose setting classified as a Grand Site de France.
- GR34 walks: The coastal path passes close by, offering breathtaking panoramas of the ocean, cliffs and lighthouses. A paradise for walkers and photographers alike.
- Breton culture: Visit typical chapels, menhirs and calvaries, take part in festoù-noz or discover local craftsmen and creators.
- We're close to Locronan and its typical Breton village, Douarnenez and its port-rhu, Quimper and its magnificent cathedral. A little further afield, you'll find Crozon and its peninsula, the Glénan islands and Brest. A 12-minute walk from the house, you'll find a bus stop serving Quimper and Douarnenez.
