On the first floor, the entrance is via a large airlock. A staircase leads to the main living area. With its large windows and bay windows, it offers a pleasant view of Lake Aiguebelette and the surrounding mountains.

This space includes a living room with corner sofa, armchairs, coffee tables and television. A large dining table can seat up to 12 guests.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and also features a high table with chairs.

On the first floor, there's a games room with table soccer and board games. There's also a sitting area with corner sofa, coffee table and footstools, as well as a kitchenette and washing machine.
The garage, on the same level, is equipped with a ping-pong table.
