As members of the “Truffe Emotion” label, Françoise and Patrick welcome you to Pavillon M for a weekend A gourmet experience centered on the black truffle: *Melanosporum*. This gourmet experience is offered as a 2-night stay from Friday through Sunday morning, from January through early March. Included in the price: accommodations in a double room, breakfasts, as well as meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch, and Saturday evening, and activities on Saturday.
On Friday, after settling in and relaxing in our spa, you'll begin your stay with a delicious truffle-focused meal, from aperitif to dessert. On Saturday, you'll discover the famous Richerenches truffle market, the truffle and wine museum, a vineyard and also a truffle farm, where you'll be accompanied by the truffle farmer and his dog as you take part in the truffle digging - a fun and unforgettable experience! Your stay ends on Sunday morning after a hearty breakfast.
Pavillon M has 5 rooms and can be privatized for up to 10 people.

2:30 pm: welcome & room set-up.
7:30 pm: aperitif & truffle dinner (appetizers, starter, main course and dessert) excluding drinks .
Saturday
09:00: gourmet breakfast
10:15 am: visit the Richerenches market to discover the secret world of truffle traders and local producers' stalls. Visit to the Truffle and Wine Museum.
12:30 pm: return to Pavillon M for a truffle omelette tasting (truffle omelette, salad, cheese and dessert), drinks not included.
2:30 p.m.: truffle-dog cavage demonstration at Domaine de Bramarel in Grignan
4:30pm: cellar tour & wine tasting with a local winemaker
7:30 pm: regional meal (starter, main course and dessert) excluding drinks
Sunday
08:30 - 10:00 gourmet breakfast
11:00 at the latest, departure from Pavillon M and/or visit to the Saint-Paul 3 Châteaux truffle market.
Spa access at €30/person/day. Jacuzzi/Hammam/Sauna are accessible only by prior reservation 48 hours before your stay and only on Friday afternoons and Saturdays.
The Spa is not open on Sunday mornings.

Les propriétaires, François et Patrick, étaient d'une organisation impeccable, d'une gentillesse remarquable et proposaient un petit-déjeuner exceptionnel. Aucun autre hôtel où j'ai séjourné auparavant ne pourra jamais rivaliser avec celui-ci ! Ce fut un véritable plaisir d'y séjourner.

2 months agoAn exceptional bed-and-breakfast! Very well thought out, beautifully laid out, and with a splendid setting at the foot of the castle. The breakfasts prepared by the hostess were simply divine and hearty. We went there to unwind and relax after our wedding, and it exceeded our expectations 100%. The massage, spa, hammam, and jacuzzi were impeccable. The garden area with the pool offered magnificent sunrises—it was very relaxing. A wide variety of activities were available, along with helpful advice on how to enjoy the region during our stay. Simply perfect.
