This fully renovated family chalet overlooks Lac d'Aiguebelette and is just 5 minutes from the beaches. It has 5 bedrooms sleeping 10, and a vast 2600 m² garden, perfect for a stay with family or friends.

Access to the living areas is via an outside staircase.

After an entrance hall, you arrive in a luminous living space. Large windows and French doors let you take full advantage of the lake view.
Kitchen and equipment
The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa, coffee table and TV. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is contemporary in style and features all the necessary equipment, as well as a large central island with 10 high stools.
Bedside and bathrooms
The chalet has 5 bedrooms: a master suite on the second floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Two of them offer lake views.

The chalet is surrounded by 2600 m² of wooded parkland, with beautiful views over the lake. There's a charcoal barbecue and parking for up to 5 vehicles.

The living room opens onto a large balcony facing the lake, furnished with two tables and several garden armchairs.
