Treat yourself to a quiet getaway in this chalet on stilts, with direct access to Lac d'Aiguebelette, located in the Savoyard foreland.
On site, everything lends itself to relaxation: boat rides, sunset barbecues or swimming in turquoise waters.
Main living areas
Access to the chalet is via a gate followed by an outside staircase.
Living space
Completely renovated, the chalet opens onto a bright main room. This room leads to the various living areas, and is bathed in light thanks to the windows and bay window overlooking the terrace and lake.
Equipment and kitchen
The living room includes a sitting area with convertible sofa (140 cm) and armchair, facing the lake view. A dining area with table and four chairs completes the space.
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking, while enjoying a pleasant view of the outdoors.

A separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and storage space.
Bathroom and sanitary facilities
The chalet has a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Balcony / terrace and lake access
Outdoor area
Outside, a balcony terrace extends the chalet. A small garden provides direct access to the lake.
Exterior equipment
A table and four chairs are provided for alfresco dining, as well as an umbrella and two deckchairs for sunbathing.
A charcoal barbecue is also available in the garden.
A rowing boat is available at the private access to discover the lake.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to jump from the terrace into the lake. Children must remain outside under supervision.
Parking
Roadside parking is available in the immediate vicinity. In the event of unavailability, free public parking is available 500 meters away.

Bed and bath linen can be provided on request (€15 supplement for sofa bed).
