A 15-square-meter living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, followed by three small steps leading to two bedrooms—one with a 140-cm bed and the other with two 80x187-cm bunk beds and a 140-cm sofa bed.
Interior courtyard with outdoor table and chairs, as well as a plancha grill and electric barbecue, and a parking space for one car with a gate, located in an enclosed garden suitable for a small car (the street leading into the garden is narrow). Additionally, free parking is available on the beach at the top of the street and on adjacent streets.
Household linens are not provided, but are available upon request.
Night market in season. Convenience store 5 minutes' walk from the house.
A larger market and supermarkets can be found in St Pierre, 3.5km away, with cinema/theater. Sailing and surfing clubs at La Perroche and La Rémigeasse beaches, 10 minutes by bike along the cycle path.
