Located south of the medieval city at 41 Avenue Edith Cavell, in the SNCF train station neighborhood (no train noise). It is on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) in a small, quiet, secure 8-unit building with a private parking space reserved for you. Access to the building is via an electric gate (you’ll be provided with a key fob). This east-west-facing apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 to 3 people and features a terrace facing the rising sun. It is heated or cooled by reversible air conditioning units.
An ideal starting point for exploring the town without a car, with plenty of small shops right on site, in a Provençal village atmosphere, and a supermarket just 300 meters away. Numerous bike paths will let you explore the town and take you to the beaches. Don’t forget to bring your bikes! There’s plenty of space for them in the «bike storage room»—you’ll have a key to it—located on the ground floor of the residence.
If you’re arriving by train or plane, the bus routes—whose stop is located 50 meters from the furnished apartment—will take you directly to the peninsula’s beaches, the ferry terminals for the islands, the port, Almanarre, Toulon via the coast, and downtown (the starting point for other destinations). Linens are provided.
Your small pet, provided it is well-trained, is welcome in this accommodation, subject to certain conditions. You are welcome to stay here year-round, from Saturday to Saturday (or for stays with non-standard start or end dates—please contact us).
This vacation rental features: In a modern and tasteful style, you’ll enter through a foyer with a walk-in closet, where you’ll also find an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and more… A pleasant, east-facing balcony/terrace, in a quiet setting, with flower-filled planters and a roll-up awning, will welcome you at breakfast, where you can enjoy the rising sun. Deck chairs await you for relaxing between walks. Entryway with walk-in closet. In the air-conditioned LIVING ROOM: a sofa and chaise longue, table, chairs, flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial TV (TNT), DVD player, books, and all tourist information. You’ll also find a very well-equipped open kitchen where you’ll have access to a catalytic electric oven, a microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker, small appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your vacation. Kitchen and living room: A floor-to-ceiling window opens onto the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals in the morning sun (east-facing). The washing machine is located in a closet on the balcony/terrace. Cleaning supplies are provided. In the bathroom: Large shower stall, sink, and bidet. For your comfort, you’ll find the following in the closet: a hair dryer, as well as all bath linens, which are provided at no extra charge. For your comfort, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. In air-conditioned Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190), large walk-in closet, nightstands, chair, and a west-facing window. In air-conditioned bedroom 2: one single bed (90×200), a desk, a nightstand, a chair, and storage, with a French door opening onto a small loggia enclosed by aluminum windows.
