Set back from the main roads, your vacation rental is located in the «L’Orée du Bois» complex—named after the property itself—at 374 Chemin de la Grotte des Fées (Building C). The secure complex features green spaces, a tennis court, and a large private parking lot reserved just for you (2 spaces).
Access to the residence is through an electric gate (you will be given a code). A storage area for bicycles or water sports equipment is also reserved for your use.
This vacation rental, located on the 2nd floor and accessible by elevator, is equipped to accommodate 2 people and features reversible air conditioning for your comfort in both summer and winter.
For this accommodation, reservations are generally made from Saturday to Saturday (though stays with different start and end dates are possible).
The Gîte l’Orée du Bois includes:
– A spacious, bright, air-conditioned living room: a sofa bed that converts into two full-size beds (90×190 cm) that can be pushed together, a sitting area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV (with DVD player), and a reading corner with tourist information. A large picture window opens onto the south-facing terrace, which is shaded by a roll-up awning.
– An entryway with an intercom and a large closet/wardrobe.
– A kitchen separate from the living room, fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, 2 induction burners, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils …
– A bathroom with a shower, countertop sink, electric towel warmer, and washing machine
– A separate restroom
– A balcony/patio with a retractable awning, facing south and west, where you can enjoy meals; it comes with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as two folding chairs.
– A secure private storage room on the ground floor for your bikes, windsurfing boards, and more…

less than a week agoVery spacious and functional studio. Very bright, with a large terrace and a fully equipped kitchen—everything is perfect and nothing is missing. The neighborhood is very quiet, and a large parking space is included. The owners are incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to give you tips on what to do or see in the area. They go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. That’s why we come back every year with great pleasure.

Ghislaine, the owner, is welcoming, very kind, and always attentive to your needs. You’ll find plenty of brochures and other materials available to help you explore this wonderful region.
