This 18th-century country house, built of tuffeau and local stone, where every piece of furniture and every object tells a story, has been fully restored and furnished to ensure you have a pleasant stay, whether you’re traveling as a family or as a couple.
On the ground floor: living area with kitchenette; laundry room; toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning—3 beds; bathroom; toilet. Enclosed courtyard at the front of the house with a sandbox and a patio (garden furniture, lounge chairs, grill).
Electric heating, Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking (2 cars). Baby gear available upon request. Outdoor games (swings, ping-pong, etc.). A covered area for games (pool table) and relaxation with a view of nature is available for your use.
Various facilities have been set up to allow you to enjoy the company of animals (as a hobby).

We had a wonderful stay! Ms. MOREAU gave us a very warm and attentive welcome. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and safe for young children. Having the pets there was a real bonus, and the kids especially loved them! We would recommend this place without hesitation.

A very clean and comfortable vacation rental, close to Saumur and the Loire Valley châteaux. The hosts were wonderful. We’ve been staying here—and coming back every year since 2018—with or without the grandkids, in different seasons, and always with just as much enjoyment! A relaxing stay is guaranteed ☺️

Very warm welcome. The 'Coté jardin' cottage is charming, very comfortable, and well-equipped, with meticulous cleanliness. Beautiful terrace, garden with outdoor furniture, laundry room, small game room, and private bike storage. The tranquility of the countryside, complete with a small farm featuring chickens, sheep, goats, and horses... We had a great stay.

We had a very pleasant family vacation at this quiet and peaceful vacation rental. There were two adults and two children (ages 4 and 18 months), and the courtyard-side cottage was perfectly suited for us. Linens, games, baby gear, air conditioning—and especially the outdoor area—everything was perfect for the enjoyment of both kids and adults. Let’s not forget the very friendly hosts and their pets, who added to the enjoyment and tranquility of the place. There’s no pool on the property, but there’s one less than a 5-minute drive away, as well as a Super U and other amenities. I highly recommend it—we had a fantastic vacation in this little country house.

We spent two weeks at the “Côté Cour” cottage in June. We received a warm welcome even though we arrived early. The cottage is spotless and met our expectations in every way. The bedding is excellent. Our hosts are very unobtrusive but are there when needed. And if I had to find one minor drawback, I’d say a fan would be a nice addition to the living room, especially during heat waves. If we return to Anjou, we’ll be sure to stay with you again.
