You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of a fully-renovated, air-conditioned, two-storey home for 6 people, surrounded by a private garden where you can relax to the sound of the cicadas.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room (lounge/kitchen) opening onto the garden and terrace.
Here you'll find all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, combi oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Living room: sofa, coffee table, closet and cupboard, TV and WI-FI,
Bathroom: basin, walk-in shower, washing machine, storage unit, hairdryer.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with air-conditioning.
Bedroom 1: bed 140/190, dressing room, study and sitting area with village view

Bathroom: basin, storage unit, shower cubicle, WC, electric towel rail and hairdryer.
The exterior comprises a large private garden enclosed by an electric gate. You'll find a bowling green, sun loungers, garden furniture, a terrace with parasol, a barbecue, parking for 2 cars and a covered garage for one car.
From July to August: hot tub available at no extra charge.
For a more ZEN stay, we offer an “all-inclusive” package (see details below), minimum stay 2 nights, flexible arrival and departure times (arrival and departure any day of the week). Open all year round.
No smoking and not accessible to disabled people.

We're 10 minutes from Béziers and the Canal du Midi (Fonseranes site), 20 minutes from Pézènas, 30 minutes from seaside resorts (Valras, Cap d'Agde, Sète, Etang de Thau), 30 minutes from the Parc du Haut Languedoc (numerous hikes in the Caroux massif), 50 minutes from Lac du Salagou, cirque de Mourèze, St Guilhem-du-désert, Minerve.

less than a week agoNous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Nathalie qui nous avait préparé de petites attentions. Le logement est situé dans un petit village au milieu des vignes. Dans le village, le tabac presse fait dépôt de pain, à 100 m de la maison. La propriété est entièrement close et très joliment aménagée. Un garage ouvert permet de mettre la voiture à l'ombre : important avec ses fortes chaleurs. Des lauriers roses, des oliviers, un jacuzzi, des bains de soleil et un salon extérieur agrémente les extérieurs. C'est magnifique ! Le gite est une ancienne écurie rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, bien agencé, très propre et très bien équipée. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées et cela nous a été bien utile. La grande terrasse est à l'ombre le matin jusqu'à 10 h et le soir à partir de 19h. Nous en avons bien profité. Le gite est idéalement placé pour des vacances entre mer, étang de Thau, et arrière pays avec de jolis villages, des collines et des rivières. Situé à 30 minutes de la mer. De nombreux marchés dans les environs avec profusions de couleurs et de saveurs. Merci à Nathalie et Sébastien pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion. Merci pour cet apéro convivial et ce moment de partage. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

2 years agoWe spent 4 nights in the gîte apart from the lounge area which was not very nice with a sofa that was too old and uncomfortable, a toilet bowl that moved, not enough towel racks, quite noisy, the gîte is on the side of a busy road, the rest was fine .....

2 years agoFor a weekend, our friends organized a surprise stay in a very pleasant and functional gîte, where we received a warm welcome from Nathalie, our hostess, with many little touches.
