This 20-square-meter stone cottage is located just a stone's throw from the Bay's hiking trails and only a 15-minute drive from Mont Saint-Michel. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, this cozy little retreat is perfect for a getaway as a couple, on your own, or with a young child (maximum 2 adults + 1 child).

On the ground floor, you'll find :
A cozy living area with a sofa bed, TV, and free Wi-Fi (please specify when making your reservation if you plan to use the sofa bed).
A functional kitchenette (no oven): Induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker (coffee and sugar are provided), electric kettle, toaster, juicer, tea, salt, pepper, dish towels, dish soap, etc.
A separate toilet
Upstairs:
An attic room with exposed beams and an en suite bathroom: Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
We also have a portable crib. (If you'd like to use it, please let us know when you make your reservation.).
Other useful information to know before booking:
The cottage is a 20-square-meter space designed to feel like a cozy retreat: it’s perfect for travelers who appreciate small, well-organized spaces.
The apartment has sloped ceilings and exposed beams: a little caution is needed, especially for taller people.
Access to the sleeping area is via a wooden ladder or staircase, which may creak—this is normal for this type of structure.
The vacation rental is equipped with electric heaters. (The wood-burning stove shown in the photos is not in working order; we have taken it out of service for safety reasons.)
In the summer, the apartment can get hot, just like any other place to stay. A portable air conditioner is available during heat waves (please note that this is not a hotel-style system, but rather a portable air conditioner).
Since the vacation rental is located in a natural setting, there may be mosquitoes and other insects during the summer months.
Regarding household linens :
Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.
For organizational and transparency reasons, the sheets are not made up on the bed upon your arrival: they are placed folded on the bed to show you that they are clean and freshly laundered.

Check-in and check-out times for the accommodation:
During your stay, you can check in starting at 4:00 p.m.
On the morning of your departure, you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
