8 km from Hautefort, this gîte welcomes you to a peaceful setting in the heart of the Périgord countryside. It's the ideal place to stay for two, away from the hustle and bustle, just 10 minutes from the Château de Hautefort.
The 30 m² studio offers every comfort. Under the large velux window, you can admire the stars from your bed before a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning, enjoy your coffee or tea in the sun on the small adjoining terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong.
Just 150 m away, a large, private, covered terrace awaits you, with a beautiful view over the countryside. Here you can read, relax, have lunch or dinner, and enjoy the sunsets.
Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous trails in the vicinity, with more or less challenging routes. The region also offers the chance to discover beautiful villages, remarkable châteaux and must-see sites: Commarque, Castelnaud, Biron, the Maison Forte de Reignac, the Château des Milandes, the Lascaux IV caves 25 minutes away, or the Tourtoirac caves 20 minutes away.
Covered parking is available on site, and is also convenient for bicycles. Sheets are provided, with the bed made up on arrival in organic cotton linen, as well as 100 % cotton towels. A small grocery store selling local produce is also available at extra cost, with wine, champagne, beers and aperitif boards.
L’appartement se rejoint après 3 petites marches. Il comprend un espace jour avec cuisine et coin repas, séparé de l’espace nuit par la charpente. Côté nuit, vous trouverez un grand lit en 160×200, des rangements, une douche, un meuble vasque et des WC indépendants.

Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Cet endroit est un petit paradis sur terre! Le lieu, bon point de départ pour les visites touristiques. Le gîte, magnifique, décoré avec goût et tout y est. Le jardin panoramique , une vue à couper le souffle où vous pourrez admirer de somptueux couchers de soleil. Mais tout aussi bien pour un moment de calme aussi, lecture à l'ombre d'un arbre... Les hôtes, Hélène et Fred, que dire si ce n'est que l'accueil est parfait ! Vous êtes d'une gentillesse et générosité rare, vous avez su faire de votre coin de paradis le nôtre ! Mission réussie! Je recommande votre gîte à 100% et il mérite un 5 étoiles parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre plus.
