Wellness Area Private Jacuzzi : The home’s main highlight is its high-end, 3-person therapeutic hot tub. Located under a motorized pergola, it is Heated to 38°C year-round (temperature adjustable to your liking) with a full range of massage jets and chromotherapy.
Interior Design: The vacation rental comfortably accommodates 2 to 5 people. It features a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a large TV, and board games; a fully equipped retro kitchen (dishwasher, oven, raclette machine), two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), and an additional sleeping area on the mezzanine (120 cm mattress), ideal for a teenager.
Outdoor Area and Amenities: Outside, there is a garden enclosed by high walls—entirely private and not overlooked by neighbors—set in a lush, green setting with a wooden deck, lounge chairs, a picnic table, patio furniture, and a barbecue.
A private parking is reserved right in front of the apartment and some Bicycles are available for use.
Access on Foot:
The location provides access to the local shops, bakeries, and the big local Monday market—all just a 2- to 5-minute walk away.
The marina, with its summer events and restaurants seafood, and the nearest beaches and the pine forest are just a 10- to 12-minute walk away.

less than a week agoSéjour reposant proche centre ville et mer Location avec beaucoup de charme, de la pierre, située en coeur de ville près de la mer. Tout peut se faire à pied. Un marché le lundi a deux pas, 2 boulangeries, une boucherie... L accueil de la propriétaire est remarquable avec de jolis présents de bienvenue. Le jaccuzi malgré la chaleur permet un grand moment de détente après de jolies balades ( château de Talmont Saint Hilaire, la Tranche sur Mer, les Sables d Olonne, le Puy du Fou sans oublier Jard sur Mer et son joli moulin). Bref GÉNIAL

one month agoNous avons réservé la maison du pêcheur ce week-end. Située à proximité des commerces. Des vélos etaient à notre disposition. Quel plaisir de se balader ds jard et aller à la plage en vélo. La maison est parfaite. Rien ne manque. Une place de parking. Un joli petit coin extérieur pour se reposer et dîner tranquille. Le jacuzzi est top. Angelique sait prendre soin de ses hôtes. Plein de petites attentions. Tout etait parfait. Merci Angélique.

one month agoSuper nuit passée à deux dans cette très belle petite maison en plein centre de Jard, proche de tout. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus Merci pour ce bon moment

2 months agoTrès belle adresse bien située au cœur de Jard. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Angélique est de bon conseil et disponible. Une excellente expérience en famille que je renouvellerai avec plaisir.

3 months agoPetit nid douillet chez Angelique , très appréciable, tout le confort , le spa pour se détendre, le petit jardin , les vélos à disposition, calme et reposant. Allez y sans hésiter. Des petites attentions en arrivant, bref que du bonheur…
