Do I need to post a bond?
When you make your reservation, an automatic deposit will be placed on hold in your bank account for the specified amount, which is 600 euros. This deposit will be released from your bank account once the apartment has been inspected, no later than 6 days after your departure. It is used solely in the event of damage or if cleaning has not been performed on the day of departure, as indicated in the red binder.
