A fully self-contained studio measuring 32 m², featuring a fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, a bathroom with an extra-large shower, a sofa bed suitable for daily use (sleeps 160 x 200), and free Wi-Fi via fiber-optic connection; it features a private, shaded terrace furnished with a dining area, as well as a parking space within the villa grounds. Motorcycles can be parked directly on the main terrace, and bicycles have a lockable storage locker provided for them.
You'll also enjoy an 80 m² south-facing terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen, and a charcoal grill.
Breakfast is served every morning for €8 per person and features “homemade” items (yogurt, fruit compote, brioche, jams); packed lunches (hot or cold) for €10 per person are available for our guests who are hikers, cyclists, or motorcyclists, or in case of late arrival.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning services are included in the price.

We are located in the Vésubie Valley, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park, with many points of interest and outdoor activities nearby (the Lantosque via ferrata, the department’s only spa resort in Berthemont-les-Bains, and France’s longest zip line at La Colmiane, about 30 minutes away), and we’re also just 10 minutes from the Route des Grandes Alpes (access via the Col de Turini).
There's a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation, as well as two electric charging stations 5 minutes away in the center of Lantosque.
