Totally independent 32 m² studio with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, bathroom with XL shower, sofa bed for daily use (sleeping capacity 160 x 200), and free wi-fi via fiber; it has a shaded private terrace with dining area, as well as a parking space in the villa grounds. Motorcycles can be parked directly on the main terrace, and bicycles have a lockable bicycle box.
You'll also enjoy an 80 m² south-facing terrace with sun loungers, summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue.
Breakfast is available every morning for €8 per person, with home-made products (yoghurt, compote, brioches, jams); packed lunches (hot or cold) are available for €10 per person for our guests who are hikers, cyclists, bikers or who arrive late.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning services are included in the price.
You receive a discount of 5 % for 3 consecutive nights or more, and 10 % per week.
We have a “special biker(s)” package including breakfast for solo or duo riders (contact us directly to take advantage).
We offer gift cards valid for 18 months, containing one night's accommodation with breakfast for two people (please contact us directly for details).
In the accommodation, you'll find all the information you need to discover our magnificent region, provided by the tourist office.
We're located in the Vésubie valley, at the gateway to the Mercantour national park, with many sites of interest and outdoor activities nearby (the via ferrata at Lantosque, the department's only spa at Berthemont les Bains and France's longest zip line at La Colmiane about 30 minutes away), and we're also just 10 minutes from the Grande Alpes road (access via the Col de Turini).
There's a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and a 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation, as well as two electric charging stations 5 minutes away in the center of Lantosque.

And then the final touch: her breakfast, with homemade brioche and yoghurt, jams and compote made with local fruit, all by Sandrine. Oh yes, and the pains au chocolat, warm as we like them.
