What is the minimum length of stay?
Generally, the minimum stay is 2 nights, except in cases of special offers. During peak season (July and August), the minimum stay is 4 nights, barring special circumstances. For any specific requests or unique situations, please contact me so we can work together to find the best solution.
Is it possible to pay for your stay with Chèques-Vacances?
Yes, we accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and ANCV Chèques-Vacances (Classic or Connect). Credit card payments are secured through Stripe (3D Secure), with the option to pay in 3 installments at no extra charge, subject to certain conditions.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a €300 security deposit is pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of your arrival. This is only a pre-authorization hold; no amount is actually charged. It is automatically released on the day of your departure, provided no damage is found in the apartment. It’s a simple and secure process, designed to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

This was our second stay at Céline’s apartment in Carnon-Plage, and we felt right at home. It was a real treat! The apartment is spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and superbly equipped. It has absolutely everything you need: plenty of towels, a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality shower gel and shampoo—everything is provided. The proximity to the beach is especially convenient. You can reach the beach in five minutes on foot at most. They’ve even thought of families: beach toys for kids, a beach umbrella, beach mats, and much more are available. You hardly need to bring anything. Communicating with Céline is simply fantastic. She’s always available, incredibly helpful, and gives excellent advice on excursions, restaurants, and activities in Carnon and the surrounding area. We felt right at home and highly recommend this place. I’m already recommending it to all my friends, and we’ll definitely be back!

A very comfortable and nicely furnished apartment, impeccably clean. The owner is charming and hands over the keys in person. The beach is 200 meters away, and free parking (48 hours) is also 200 meters away. Shops and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

An exceptional stay in Mauguio in mid-June 2026. We’d like to thank Céline for her professional and thoughtful hospitality; the accommodation—practical and ideally situated facing north—far exceeded our expectations, offering much-appreciated comfort after a spell of intense heat. This location proved particularly advantageous throughout our stay. P.S.: The beach is located about 100 meters from the apartment, allowing us to cool off quickly—an undeniable bonus.
