We’d like to introduce you to Ti Dousig, a charming, authentic home that we’ve largely renovated ourselves, taking care to preserve the authenticity of this beautiful house. We’re very happy to welcome you to Ti Dousig. The ocean, the boardwalk, crêpes, and so much more will make your stay truly exceptional! Charm, comfort, and modernity! ✅ Area for rinsing wetsuits and surfboards: You’ll enter through a foyer where you can settle in and take off your shoes. Coat racks are available. You’ll then enter the living area, which features an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and small appliances (filter coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, electric kettle), allowing you to prepare delicious meals for yourself and your family. Everything you need to enjoy a seafood platter is provided: an oyster knife, a nutcracker, and cocktail picks. The living room offers a lovely space to relax with a sofa and armchairs where you can gather together. A television is available.
✅On the ground floor, there is a 9-square-meter bedroom where the original floor has been preserved and the stone features have been highlighted. The bed measures 140×190. Finally, there is a separate toilet and a spacious shower room with a washing machine.
✅ On the first floor: – A master suite with its own shower room and toilet features a spacious layout, complete with a queen-size bed and a beautiful walk-in closet. – A second bedroom with two 90×190 beds is located across from another shower room with a toilet.
✅ On the top floor, there’s a lovely space for reading, relaxing, and unwinding, with a view of the sea in the background. A few games and children’s books are available. We’ve set up a workspace for remote work, as well as a foosball table for your enjoyment.

Ti Dousig is in a quiet location, yet just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Audierne or the beach. Its prime location allows you to explore:
• Audierne and its harbor: Stroll through its narrow streets, stock up on fresh produce at the market, enjoy a crêpe on a sidewalk café, or take a boat to the island of Sein from Saint-Evette. We’re lucky to have a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a small zoo called Aquashow. On Saturdays, you can enjoy the weekly market. You’re also close to two supermarkets. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars as well.
• Untouched beaches: In just a few minutes, you can reach the beaches of Mesperleuc, Gwendrez, or Kersiny. Whether you love surfing, swimming, or simply strolling with your feet in the sand, they’re waiting for you. Sébastien and Emilie’s favorite spot: Mesperleuc, followed by a drink or a hot chocolate at Pors Poulhan.
- The mythical Pointe du Raz: just 20 minutes away, contemplate the ocean in this grandiose setting classified as a Grand Site de France.
- GR34 walks: The coastal path passes close by, offering breathtaking panoramas of the ocean, cliffs and lighthouses. A paradise for walkers and photographers alike.
- Breton culture: Visit typical chapels, menhirs and calvaries, take part in festoù-noz or discover local craftsmen and creators.
- We are close to Locronan and its typical Breton village, Douarnenez and the port-rhu, Quimper and our magnificent cathedral. A little further on, you can explore Crozon and its peninsula, as well as the Glénan Islands and Brest. A 12-minute walk from the house, there’s a bus stop with service to Quimper and Douarnenez; you can find the schedules on Breizh Go.
