The apartment is ideal for business trips, vacations with family, or getaways with friends.

– A large, bright living area with a living room (comfortable sofa, TV, streaming device, fiber-optic internet) and a dining area
– A fully equipped kitchen: gas stovetop, microwave, kitchen utensils, and dishes, with a high table/bar
– Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, very large closet
– Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, shelf and closet, view of the garden
– Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, closets, view of the garden
– A bathroom with a shower and vanity (towels provided)
– Separate restrooms
– A shared garden for the building, maintained by the homeowners’ association, with a garden table and chairs (management of this equipment is the responsibility of the building’s homeowners’ association)
🛏️ All beds are equipped with comfortable bedding (mattress pads, sheets, comforters, and pillows).

For your convenience, you'll find the following on site (stored in the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom):
– Travel crib with a folding mattress and a small comforter

– Washable spare bib
– Folding bathtub
The entire apartment is accessible, as is a bike storage area—which can also accommodate strollers—located at the entrance at the bottom of the stairs (raised ground floor), and a garden shared with the other residents of the building.
We have extensive experience in hosting travelers and have established a structured and reliable system to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Although we don't live on site (it's about a 40-minute drive), check-in is self-guided and supported by phone, ensuring a simple and stress-free arrival.
We are available before, during, and after your stay to answer any questions about the accommodation or to recommend activities, sightseeing options, and local spots—all while respecting the quiet, residential setting of the building (see additional information).
