one month agoEverything you could want is right here at No. 36: amenities, services, 5-star hospitality, friendly staff, rooms, cleanliness, QUIET, a garden, easy parking, accessibility, a super-comprehensive breakfast where everything is fresh and homemade, and a multitude of handy little details that let us focus solely on our vacation and feel completely at ease. A personal note: noisy, arrogant, demanding guests who think they’re better than others—especially those with an “ultra-snobbish” attitude (behavior typically seen among city dwellers from major cities and the capital)—please just move on… Don’t come and spoil this MAGNIFICENT place and its dedicated owners! Thank you, for the sake of others and the hosts.

one month agoWe had a wonderful stay at Maison 36 in La Flotte. As soon as we arrived, we were charmed by the place and the particularly warm welcome from the owners, who were always available, attentive, and full of great advice for exploring Île de Ré. The room is tastefully decorated in an elegant and refined style. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered, from the decorative accents to the high-quality linens, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and soothing. Breakfast is a true delight: homemade goods, delicious pastries, flavorful jams, and fresh, high-quality ingredients. A treat every morning! We also really enjoyed the magnificent, beautifully landscaped garden—a true haven of peace where it’s wonderful to relax after a day of exploring. The bike rental is a very welcome bonus that lets you fully enjoy the bike paths and explore the island’s magnificent landscapes. An exceptional place that we recommend without the slightest hesitation. We’ll be back with great pleasure!

one month agoA place where every thoughtful detail makes this bed-and-breakfast truly exceptional. Breakfast prepared with lots of love and expertise The only downside: the price for renting an electric bike varies by guest. We paid 20 euros for the day, while other guests paid 15 euros. Surely a mistake!
