Le Clos Célestine is one of the Albert & Célestine vacation rentals—two charming accommodations in the heart of the Luberon. We designed them to offer much more than just a place to stay: these are vacation rentals where you can take the time to enjoy the company of your loved ones and savor the Provençal way of life.

Located in Cadenet, just a few minutes from Lourmarin, our vacation home enjoys a pleasant setting between the village and the countryside. It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the hilltop villages and Provençal markets. Amid lavender fields, vineyards, and ochre cliffs, the Luberon reveals the full richness of its natural heritage.

Behind a charming louvered door lies a lush green oasis. The garden and pool are entirely private and reserved exclusively for you throughout your stay. The stone walls, blooming lavender, and the pool—which resembles an ancient water basin—create a quintessentially Provençal setting. When the hottest part of the day arrives, the song of the cicadas accompanies your nap under the olive tree.

This single-story home is laid out around a spacious, air-conditioned living room with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and a convertible armchair that can serve as an extra bed for a child. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, as well as its own shower and sink. A bathroom with a toilet completes the layout.

Le Clos Célestine was designed to be a warm and timeless place where you can create your most cherished vacation memories, whether with family or friends. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed hunting for furniture and decorative items at flea markets throughout the Luberon to give the house a unique character. Each room has been designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where you’ll find everything you need and feel right at home.

As soon as the warm weather arrives, the pool is a delight for young and old alike. Days are spent swimming, playing ping-pong, and exploring the region’s treasures. When the evening cool sets in, the summer kitchen and its plancha grill invite you to enjoy dinner on the terrace.

Because we know that traveling with children requires special planning, we provide a wide range of equipment for little ones: wooden cribs, high chairs, changing tables, bathtubs, bed rails, play mats, board games, and swim rings so you can travel lighter. Sheets, bath towels, and pool towels are provided, along with a few everyday essentials (coffee, tea, olive oil, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc.). You’ll also find artisanal soaps made in Provence, with delicate Mediterranean scents.

💡Good to know

➡️ The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 1 child.

➡️ The pool measures 6 × 3 m. It is secured by an alarm and heated to 28 °C from May 1 through September 30. To ensure the water remains clean and pleasant at all times, we need to perform maintenance at least once a week. This usually takes less than 10 minutes.

➡️ Le Clos Célestine is located on the same property as our home. The motorized gate and covered parking area are shared, while the garden and pool are reserved exclusively for your use. The two properties are not attached to each other and are not overlooked by neighboring properties.

➡️ The vacation rental is located in a residential area and is not isolated in the countryside, providing easy access to nearby villages and the region’s main roads.

➡️ When you check out, please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition: take out the trash and remove the sheets.
