Le Nid d’Albert is the Lourmarin location of Albert & Célestine, two charming vacation rentals in the heart of the Luberon. We designed them to offer much more than just a place to sleep: they are true havens where you can enjoy slowing down and savoring the gentle Provençal way of life.

Settle in right in the heart of Lourmarin, listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, and fully enjoy the gentle Provençal way of life. Here, everything is within walking distance: the cobblestone streets, art galleries, the market, lively outdoor cafes, and numerous restaurants are all just a short walk away.

Located on the third and top floor of a historic mansion (no elevator), Le Nid d’Albert enjoys a prime location on the village’s main square. Once you’ve climbed the stairs, you’ll discover a light-filled apartment, sheltered from the hustle and bustle and offering views of the rooftops of Lourmarin.

Spanning two levels, the duplex features a unique layout. The main level includes a large entryway, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) made up with linen sheets, and an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. Upstairs, a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area leads to the bathroom with a toilet.

Inspired by the landscapes of the Luberon, the decor combines antique furniture, natural materials, and warm colors. Each piece has been carefully selected to create an elegant, authentic, and welcoming atmosphere where you’ll quickly feel at home.

After a day spent strolling through the villages of the Luberon or browsing the market stalls, return to the comfort of your apartment to cook with local ingredients and share a glass of wine while admiring the view of the bell tower.

To help you get the most out of your stay right from the moment you arrive, we provide you with a few everyday essentials (coffee, tea, olive oil, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc.) as well as handmade soaps from Provence.

💡 Good to know:

➡️ A large free parking lot (Parking Petitou) is less than a 5-minute walk away.

➡️ The duplex is located on the 3rd floor; there is no elevator.

➡️ It overlooks the village’s main square. As in any bustling historic center, you can hear the sounds coming from the cafés and restaurants, as well as the bells that mark the hours.

➡️ The street becomes a pedestrian zone every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this time, you cannot drop off your luggage directly in front of the building.

➡️ A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.

➡️ To give you as much flexibility as possible, you’ll typically check in on your own using a secure key box. If you’d prefer to be greeted in person, please let us know. We’d be happy to meet you, subject to our availability.
