Completely renovated in 2022, this guest house combines modern comfort with respect for the environment, offering an unforgettable stay in the southern Ardèche.

Located in Grospierres, the villa enjoys a privileged location, with exceptional views over the surrounding hills. The calm, green environment of our landscaped garden is ideal for recharging your batteries and preparing to discover the natural and cultural wonders of the region: the Grotte Chauvet, the villages of character, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Gorges de l'Ardèche by canoe, etc...

Villa Font Vive offers three spacious, bright guest rooms, each decorated with care and equipped with top-of-the-range bedding to guarantee optimum comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each has its own private terrace, ceiling fan and safe.

Free private parking is available, as is a charging station for electric vehicles. The villa is accessible by car and is about 15 km from Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche Gorges, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Numerous hiking trails are accessible directly from the house, with the GR4 and Via Ardèche passing less than 300m away.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets in our establishment.
From what age are children accepted?
Children aged 15 and over are welcome in our guest rooms. For younger children, we also offer a caravan for hire.
When is the pool open?
The swimming pool is not heated and is generally open between May 1 and September 30.

less than a week agotout était parfait merci pierre pour votre accueil, pour les recommandations des activités et restaurant ! La roulotte était super bien équipé, clim, super salle de bain, extérieur cocooning. Et que dire de l’endroit merveilleux de la piscine littéralement un rêve. Je recommande x10000. N’hésitez pas à prendre les petit dej le matin les confitures sont top 🥹 J’ai adoré ma semaine grâce à vous ! Un coucou à camille également 🏊

2 weeks agoNous avons passé un magnifique séjour insolite en roulotte chez Pierre. Notre hôte était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Lieu bien situé pour les attractions touristiques allant tour
