Enjoy a stay in this beautiful modern villa featuring two terraces and a heated pool. The view of the lake is everywhere. Just walk down a few steps and cross the street to reach the lakeshore directly. The house is located in Le Bourget-du-Lac, right next to Aix-les-Bains.

The main floor is accessed via a staircase. You’ll find a spacious living area bathed in light thanks to large picture windows offering a magnificent view of the lake.

The living room features a large leather corner sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove keeps the room warm in winter. The dining room has a table that seats 6 to 8 guests.
Kitchen
The modern, spacious kitchen features a granite countertop and a central island with plenty of storage space. You'll find everything you need for cooking.

An adjoining laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a sink, and various kitchen appliances.

A second wooden deck surrounds the heated pool (8 x 4 m), which is secured by a removable curtain. There you'll find lounge chairs, folding chairs, and a garden furniture set.

Practical information
Bed and bath linens are provided and set up by Conciergerie de Savoie (one large and one small towel per person).
Arrival from 5pm and departure until 11am.
